The electric window regulator used in cars is mainly composed of motor, reducer, guide rope, guide plate, glass mounting bracket, etc. Due to the different material or manufacturing process of the guide rope, it can be divided into three types: rope wheel type, flexible shaft type and plastic belt type. The first two are using steel wire rope as guide rope, and the second is using plastic belt as guide rope.

This standard is applicable to steel wire ropes for passenger elevators and truck scale lifters. It is not applicable to construction site elevator, mine elevator and temporary elevator wire rope not running in the middle of permanent guide rail. The length of wire rope shall be measured without load. If the allowable deviation of the length is required to be less than the above specified hours, it shall be negotiated by the supplier and the demander.

When using the pulley, if it is possible to land on the ground, the bottom of the pulley shall be padded with boards and other things to prevent garbage and soil from being brought into the pulley. If the pulley has a long service life, add lubricating oil regularly, and check the wear of the bearing and shaft. The pulley shall not be tied to the structure without calculation. When using the door opening pulley, the hook and ring of the door opening shall be firm to prevent the steel wire rope from running out automatically.
